Guild Fees

Membership of our Guild is paid annually, every September. There is no test or selective process involved in joining - we welcome members at all levels of ability.

Guild membership and attendance fees are currently as follows:

Annual membership: £14.

Members meeting fees:

• Half day meeting fee is £2 per member.
• Full day meeting fee is £4 per member.
• Evening meeting fee varies according to number attending but is between £1.00 and £3:00.
• Spinning Group meeting fee is £1.50
• Weaving Group meeting fee varies
  If you attend the 4 hour practical weaving meeting and discussion - £4.
  If you only attend the discussion - £2.

Workshop fees:

Most workshop run for one day, but occaisionally two. There is a set fee of £35 per day for a workshop. This usually includes tuition and materials.

Visitor fees:

We hold occasional Taster Days and visitors attending these pay no fee. Visitors attending Guild Meetings in order to establishing an interest in our crafts may attend the first two meetings free of charge. Following that they would be invited to join the Guild or attend as if they were a visiting members of another Guild.

Visiting members of another Guild will be asked to pay the usual meeting fee plus £1.
