The Joan Elliot Knitting Award.

In memory of our long-standing member, Joan Elliot, who died in 2013, we have put in place an annual Knitting Award. Joan was a great knitter and amongst her possessions that were passed on to the Guild by her family was a beautiful, original painting of a young lady knitting (see left). Each year this will be awarded in a separate competition to the main one.

Photos of winning entries can be found in the Gallery.
